Susan Lee works across all three N8 Agrifood themes of Sustainable Food Production, Resilient Supply Chains and Health and Consumption. She has extensive experience of working on multi-disciplinary projects within large consortia based in the UK as well as Europe and the Nordic Countries. Prior to joining the team at Manchester University, Susan worked as a post-doctoral researcher at Birmingham, Leeds, and Sheffield Universities. She is an environmental scientist with a particular interest in the practical applications of research in Engineering, Atmospheric Sciences, Ecology, Soils, Urban Studies and Health.
