N8 AgriFood’s Resilient Supply Chains Theme Chair at York, Professor Dominic Moran, has a new co authored paper that has been published in the journal Agricultural Systems. Entitled Losses, inefficiencies and waste in the global food system, this paper explores the very real challenges that exist within global food, and the work required to counter it.
