N8 AgriFood attended ‘Food Matters Live’ at Excel in London on the 17th, 18th and 19th of November 2015. The stand generated a lot of interest and the potential for some exciting new collaborations.
Satiety and weight management were discussed as part of the innovation in nutrition for health and wellbeing seminars, and it was great to see N8 AgriFood Theme Leader Professor Jason Halford discussing one of N8 AgriFood’s key projects SATiety INnovation.
Cognitive function was also key theme in a number of presentations at this year’s conference. You can explore some of Professor Louise Dye’s (Human Appetite Research Unit, University of Leeds) post-conference insights from the nutrition for cognitive health and performance seminars here.
N8 AgriFood will be back again next year (Food Matter Live 22 – 24 November 2016) as we continue to support the exploration of the relationship between food, health and nutrition.
