Registration is now open for the first annual meeting of the Physics in Food Manufacturing Group.
The event will address themes in which physics and academia-industry collaborations are likely to make the greatest impact on challenges currently facing food manufacturing, such as health and nutrition concerns, minimising waste and environmental impact, improving food security, responding to population growth and globalisation and improving productivity, developing and manufacturing successful products.
