The general objective of the conference is to bring together scientists from academia and industry to discuss the future of food production, development of new products & processes and new research opportunities to ensure global food and nutrition security.
The conference focuses on Orphan Crops, Functional Food and Innovative Food Sources & Production Systems.
Registration and abstract submission for poster or short talk are now open. Young investigators from developing countries can apply for travel awards of up to 1500 € to cover the meeting-related expenses.
